GENERAL

All orders are sent via Australia Post.  If you have a problem with your order or product, please contact orders@swimskinspray.com within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

 

WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Retailers must agree to our Terms & Conditions and we reserve the right to discontinue sales to stores who fail to comply. Please note, terms and conditions are subject to change at any time.

 

Ordering & Payment

 All prices are in Australian dollars. GST is not applicable.

The minimum order is 10 units.

Orders will be completed via an online checkout.

Upon completion of the online checkout you will automatically receive an email confirming that your order has been received.

Credit card details are not stored.

Please ensure you give the full and correct shipping address to avoid re-delivery fees.

   

Shipping

All orders are sent via Australia Post. Please contact us if you would like to request a different carrier.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the checkout and are based on the size, and weight of your order.

Standard shipping is default if you require express shipping please contact us prior to placing your order.

Standard domestic delivery typically takes 2-6 business days, while express items will take 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your destination.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be issued with a tracking number allowing you to follow the delivery progress.

Please allow for extra delivery time during peak times like Christmas and Easter.

If your order is returned to sender we will contact you. If you would like us to resend your order, you will be charged postage a second time.

    

Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time is between 2-4 business days once payment is received.

 

Back Orders

If the product is out of stock or we don’t have the quantity you have ordered available and we are unable to fulfil your whole order, we will notify you.

If directed, we will proceed to ship all available items from your order and once the other items are back in stock, we will ship them out immediately, at our cost.

Alternatively, we can offer an agreeable alternative item, or refund if necessary.

  

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

Any cancellations or changes to your order must be submitted via email within 24 hours of placing your order. No changes or cancellations will be accepted after this.

After delivery, if you change your mind or misordered, items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund (excluding shipping costs). All products must be returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging. We will not accept returned products that have already been marked or labelled. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

If your order, or part there of, arrives damaged please notify us within 5 days of receipt by emailing us at wholesale@swimskinspray.com. You will then be asked to return the damaged items for a replacement or full refund.

 

Exclusivity

We do not offer exclusivity of SWIM SKIN in any one geographical area. However, we strive to coordinate a non-competitive environment among our customers by selling to customers that are a reasonable distant from each other.

  

Sale of SWIM SKIN Products

Under no circumstances is SWIM SKIN products to be resold via a third party website or location. Failure to comply will result in immediate cancellation of sales.

SWIM SKIN must be displayed and sold in its original packaging.

SWIM SKIN being sold online must state clearly that it is created by Swim Skin & Body.

  

Product Images

If you are an online retailer, we are happy to supply you with our product or lifestyle images. Please email us to request the ones you require.

Images must be used in their supplied state to maintain quality. No cropping, editing, filters or additional compression is to be applied.

All images are subject to copyright and must only be used to market SWIM SKIN, they cannot be used as banner images on your website or social media.

We do regular social media shout outs and sharing to support retailers who support us.

 

FUNDRAISING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Fundraising periods must be specified prior to any orders being placed.

 

Ordering & Payment

Orders will be completed via SWIM SKIN order forms and payments collected by the Organisation.

Your total order will be confirmed at the end of the fundraising period.  Payment for your order must be received within 14 days after your total order confirmation.

Credit card details are not stored.

Orders will be delivered in bulk to the organisation at the completion of the fundraising period, not individually to customers.

All orders are sent via Australia Post. Please contact us if you would like to request a different carrier. 

Shipping costs will be calculated at the end of the fundraising period and based on the size, and weight of your order and included in your invoice.

This website does not collect your personal information, other than information you choose to provide through online forms or email addresses. We may use this to respond to you and discuss your enquiry.
